The research data was collected from the General Company for Rubber Industries / Al-Diwaniyah Tires Factory, for the producers (1200-20) and (1200-24) for the year 2016. The research found that the use of traditional systems, large employee salaries, high costs of damage and the inability to compete with the product all this led to a rise in production costs. The research recommended the great importance of quality and opening records concerned with classifying quality costs into their types and analyzing them, as well as applying the error prevention and visual control tool to reduce production costs.
