Abstract

The Impact of Electronic Human Resource Management on Organizational Performance at Jordanian Islamic Banks

This study aimed to explore the impact of electronic human resource management in its dimensions (electronic staffing, electronic training, electronic performance appraisal, and electronic compensation) on organizational performance in its dimensions (financial, customers, internal operations, learning and growth, and environmental) at Jordanian Islamic Banks. The sample size included in the study was 155 managers, from whom data was collected through a questionnaire developed by the researchers. Simple and multiple linear regression coefficients were used to achieve the objectives of the study. The study concluded that there is a high level of application of electronic human resource management and organizational performance, and that electronic human resource management has a significant impact on organizational performance. Electronic human resource management has a significant impact on all dimensions of organizational performance
