The analysis and evaluation of the economic potential of agribusiness enterprises in Ukraine have been made and issues of their development in modern conditions have been determined. The features of the economic potential of agribusiness enterprises in the period of military aggression from Russian Federation, a deep devaluation and the crisis in the banking system of Ukraine have been considered. The measures for improving the establishment and functioning of agribusiness enterprises in an unstable environment.
