Author(s): Elena Rostislavovna Schislyaeva, Olga Anatolievna Saychenko

The article examines the impact of the global crisis caused by the COVID-19 pandemic in early 2020 on achievement of sustainable development goals in relation to the labor activity of the world’s population. It is obvious that the changes brought about by the pandemic can slow down the achievement of the goals set out in the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development. The aim of the study is to analyze the key aspects of achieving the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) in relation to the labor activity of the population under the circumstances of the pandemic. The authors consider the current problems of sustainable development in the global community, including the sphere of labor management, and offer solutions to the identified problems. The result of the study is the analysis of directions for achieving the set goals in the post-pandemic conditions. The issues of the interconnection of sustainable development concept and digital transformation aspects could be considered as a topic for future research
