Green organizational culture and environmental performance: The role of green innovation

The study investigated the relationship between green organizational culture and environmental performance of hospitality firms in South Africa. In addition, the study examined whether green innovation mediates the relationship between green organizational culture and environmental performance. The study adapted the quantitative research design and the cross-sectional survey method was used to collect data from the respondents. The Partial Least Square Structural Equation Modelling (PLS SEM) was used to the test the hypotheses. The empirical results indicated a significant positive relationship between green organizational culture and environmental performance. In addition, green innovation mediates the relationship between green organizational culture and environmental performance.
