Abstract

LEADERSHIP COMMUNICATION, ORGANIZATIONAL CULTURE, AND CONFLICT: AN INTEGRATED PERSPECTIVE

Author(s): Layl Hass*

Effective leadership communication is central to shaping organizational culture, guiding employee behavior, and preventing or resolving workplace conflict. As organizations become more complex and diverse, leaders are expected to communicate with clarity, empathy, and cultural awareness to maintain cohesion and productivity. Poor communication often contributes to misunderstandings, distrust, and conflicts that hinder organizational performance. Conversely, transparent and consistent communication strengthens culture, supports shared values, and fosters collaboration. This article explores the interconnected roles of leadership communication, organizational culture, and conflict management, emphasizing how strategic communication practices influence organizational outcomes.
