Abstract

WORKPLACE ETHICS, ORGANIZATIONAL CULTURE, COMMUNICATIONS, AND CONFLICT: AN INTEGRATED PERSPECTIVE

Author(s): Mari Konsta*

Workplace ethics, organizational culture, communication, and conflict form an interconnected framework that significantly influences employee behavior, organizational performance, and long-term sustainability. Ethical principles guide decision-making, while organizational culture shapes shared values and behavioral norms. Effective communication ensures transparency, collaboration, and trust, helping to prevent or resolve conflicts. Conversely, unmanaged conflict can disrupt workflow, diminish morale, and erode ethical standards. This article explores the dynamic relationship among these elements, emphasizing their combined role in creating a productive, respectful, and cohesive workplace environment.
